Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 18th at 7:15 p.m.!  The new adult community vocal jazz group, “Halton JAZZ Singers” is center stage in the BLACK BOX ROOM at QE PARK CULTURAL CENTER, Oakville, in an evening of entertainment with ERAN ROZEN, PIANIST & TENOR!  Mr. Rozen is HJC Singers’ accomplished accompanist and singer in their vocal jazz group!  Mr. Rozen’s accompanist for the evening will be pianist,  Saman Shahi.  An evening interlude of piano and vocal classics and sassy 4 part jazz vocals!   Halton JAZZ Singers will TURN ON THE SWING with brand new  seasonal selections and some well known Christmas songs in 4 part a cappella harmonies!  Oh! yes, count on a  sing along as well.  A Silent Night, a Holy Night and, maybe Rudolph and Santa Claus might be comin’ to town!  The ‘Singers’ promise a flappin’ vocal twist same as Nat King Cole spun out years ago, with “Zat You Santa Claus?”

Recently,  Halton JAZZ Singers  were mainstage for the 2014 Kerr Street Tree Lighting event.  Last weekend, by invitation of Burlington Museum, they were spinning their vocal jazz ‘magic’ in ‘the Parlor’ at Ireland House!
