P1070666No better a way to spend a week than singing and scatting with the professional, Grammy award winning singers of the New York Voices!  Kim Nazarian, Lauren Kinhan, Peter Eldridge and Darmon Meader  gave of their time and talent to those of us from around the world who came to ‘bump up’ our own vocal jazz skills for this 6th annual one week ‘hands on’ experience.  Along with Rosanna Eckert, (U,N.T.) and Greg Jasperse (West Michigan U. & music director of the infamous “Gold Coast” vocal jazz group started by Steve Zegree, and Chris Buzzelli, as well as jazz pianist extraordinaire Mark Kieswetter

Halton Jazz Choir Singers founder & music director Darcea Hiltz soloed in one of the pieces conducted by NYV baritone Peter Eldridge.  Will she return – time permitting… ABSOLUTELY! Peter Eldridge & Darcea
